Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns or issue refunds under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.
  • The product is incorrectly delivered or not as per your order.

If any of the above applies, you may initiate a return or request a refund within 15 days of the product delivery.

To increase the likelihood of a successful return or refund, we require customers to provide a video of the unboxing process. This step helps us better understand the issue and process your request swiftly. Without the unboxing video, the chances of approving your return or refund may decrease.

Return and Refund Process:

  1. Contact us via our customer support team within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide the necessary details, including the unboxing video and description of the issue (damage, defect, or incorrect product).
  3. Upon approval, we will guide you through the return process and issue a refund or replacement as appropriate.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations can only be accepted if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellation requests will not be honored, especially if the order has already been dispatched.

Please note that once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled. We encourage you to double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.
